Bill and Dusanka Parks formed ADP Interpreting, LLC, in April 2004, to offer a wide range of very high-quality,
competitively priced foreign language interpretation and translation services to the legal, medical, and business communities,
as well as to private individuals in the state of Arizona. As shown in their biographies below, Bill and Dusanka are
extremely well qualified to provide these services.
DUSANKA PARKS, General Manager of ADP Interpreting, LLC, has been
working in the Phoenix metropolitan area as a court, business, legal, and medical foreign language interpreter for the last
eighteen years. She is an interpreter of Bosnian, Serbian and Croatian, and is certified in consecutive
interpreting by the Inlingua School of Interpretation. Additionally, she is a member of the Arizona Court
Interpreters Association (ACIA). Dusanka is originally from the former Yugoslavia, where she worked for fifteen years
as the chief accountant for two department stores. She also taught English and did court interpreting in Yugoslavia.
Dusanka studied English and English literature at the University of Belgrade, as well as a year of law at the University of
BILL PARKS, Operations Manager of ADP Interpreting, worked for fourteen years in the credit card terminal industry
in technical support, training, technical writing, customer service, and supervision of secure terminal encryption.
Most recently he served for five years as a product analyst with First Data Corporation. Bill lived in the former Yugoslavia
from 1986 to 1989, and has been a fluent speaker of Serbian for many years. In addition to working as Operations Manager
of ADP, he also does legal and medical interpreting and translating. He is a member of the Arizona Court Interpreters
Association (ACIA). A native of Arizona, Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in communication science, summa cum laude,
from Arizona State University.
